Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 7 October 2026
DIJASOFT builds financial software for data center investors, and advisory work around it. That software has to be usable by everyone who needs it — including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier, or voice control. This page explains where we stand.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2), Level AA. We say “aim to meet” on purpose. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a certificate, and we would rather publish the gaps we know about than claim a clean bill of health we have not earned.
What we have done
- Pages carry a descriptive browser-tab title, so a screen reader announces where you are. A page without one of its own falls back to our site title.
- Pages declare their language, so screen readers pronounce the content correctly.
- A Skip to main content link sits at the very top of the page, so keyboard users can bypass the repeated header in one keystroke.
- Keyboard focus is clearly visible on every control. We use
:focus-visible, so a ring appears for keyboard users without changing the look for anyone using a mouse. - Decorative images are hidden from screen readers, and images that carry meaning have a text alternative.
- Icon-only buttons carry a spoken label, so a screen reader says what the button does.
- Text is not used as the only way to convey anything, and the interface can be zoomed without breaking.
Known limitations
We would rather tell you than have you find out the hard way. The following are not yet done:
- The financial modelling grids on the Inputs screen are dense, spreadsheet-style tables. They can be operated with a keyboard, but we have not finished a screen-reader review of every row, column and header relationship.
- Some older admin screens open content in popups whose focus handling is less predictable than we would like.
- The Ask Diido chat assistant updates its message area live. Its announcement behaviour for screen-reader users is still being reviewed.
- Documents you upload, and the reports we generate from them, are only as accessible as the files themselves. We can supply any of it in another format on request.
- We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party accessibility audit.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of DIJASOFT gets in your way, we want to know — it is the fastest way for us to fix it. Email hello@dijasoft.com with “Accessibility” in the subject and tell us:
- the page or feature you were using,
- what you were trying to do,
- what happened instead, and
- the browser and any assistive technology you use, if you are comfortable sharing it.
We will reply within 5 business days and tell you what we intend to do about it. You will never be asked to prove you have a disability in order to get help from us.
If you cannot use part of the platform
Contact us using the address above and we will provide the information you need, or complete the task for you, by another route.
How we test and review
We check pages by hand and with automated tooling as part of our normal work on the platform, and we re-review this statement at least every six months. When we close one of the limitations above, we remove it from this page rather than leaving a stale list behind.
